WIP (Day 4, 5, & 6)

I didn’t get any in progress pictures these last few times around, but I wanted to post an update on where the painting is at.
There hasn’t been a lot of big changes, just lots of little work the last few sessions… I put in the old red truck but took it out again because the proportions and angles were wrong. (This is exactly why I love acrylic paint: You got it wrong? Well, just paint over it and do it again! xD)… I added background trees and midground dandilion fields on the left panel of the mural… And I added children in the trees and a child swinging…

What’s up next: working on the details of the children in the tree, getting the shadow and light patterns under the tree right, painting in the truck, and possibly redoing the house – I think it might be too large in proportion to the tree, but I will know for sure once the truck is in.

Whew! I certainly got my work cut out for me!

Have an awesome day!

I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all. Ecclesiastes 9:11
